1. When you opt in to our Forms on our contact page you can expect to receive information regarding the question or information your provided when filling out the form. You can also expect a follow-up text(s) asking for feedback the help you received from our staff and other follow-up text messages, such as happy birthday texts, appointment reminders and office closure texts.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you re-sign up for text alerts either at our office, our interactive phone system (requesting a link to your patient portal and/or appointment scheduling we will start sending SMS messages to you again and can again message us back with "STOP" to stop all text messages again.
